Submitting a public question does not guarantee selection, investigation or publication. Suitable questions may be selected editorially according to evidence availability, public value and capacity.

Do not include personal data, private individuals' identifying information, confidential documents, legally privileged information, commercially sensitive evidence or material you do not have a right to make public.

The professional page is informational only at this stage. It does not submit a commercial enquiry, accept evidence files, take payment or create an assessment.

Confidential, personal, legally privileged or commercially sensitive material must not be sent through the website or by email. Professional intake will be activated only after the required privacy, evidence-handling and operating arrangements are ready to be relied upon.

Elethya is intended to organise evidence, evaluate provenance, distinguish evidence from inference and assumption, identify contradiction and missing information, and record bounded conclusions.

Elethya does not replace legal, financial, accounting, investment, medical, technical or other regulated professional advice. Where a decision requires regulated expertise, users should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

• Elethya does not guarantee that an answer, decision, transaction, investment or project will be correct or successful.
• Elethya does not certify evidence that cannot be independently established.
• Elethya cannot reconstruct provenance that was never recorded or has been destroyed.
• No SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, regulatory or other certification status is claimed unless expressly documented and current.
• Confidence statements apply only to the evidence and scope identified in the relevant assessment.

The public website currently provides no customer accounts, advertising or online payment processing. The professional page does not submit customer information. Public-question submissions are designed not to request identifying information and expressly prohibit sensitive or confidential material.

Standard technical information may be processed by website and service hosting providers when the site is accessed. Public-question records are intake records, not governed Evidence, and do not automatically enter the Aletheia Knowledge Repository.

A fuller commercial privacy notice will be published before professional customer acquisition or substantive customer-evidence processing is activated.

A published assessment should identify its question, evidence set, limitations and conclusion. New evidence may change a conclusion. A public Elethya assessment should not be represented as broader certification or regulated professional advice beyond its stated scope.
