Elethya applies a governed evidence and reasoning process that preserves enough structure to reconstruct why a conclusion was reached instead of hiding the basis behind fluent prose.
Elethya determines what the available evidence justifies concluding. It preserves the distinction between fact, testimony, interpretation, inference, prediction and judgement. Subjective does not mean false; objective does not mean proven.

Public questions, governed conclusions.
Anyone can submit an evidence-resolvable, non-sensitive public question. The question enters the governed assessment process directly, subject to evidence availability, lawful source access, safety and operating capacity. The conclusion is returned privately in the same interaction when processing completes.

Professional intake and evidence handling remain separate from the public-question knowledge flow so private customer material cannot silently become public or reusable knowledge.

Each assessment can strengthen future assessments without becoming a public catalogue.
Where retention is permitted, Elethya can preserve eligible governed knowledge from completed work with its provenance, epistemic status, limitations and uncertainty intact. That knowledge can be drawn on in later assessments while the original source record remains distinguishable from prior conclusions and interpretations.
Learning does not mean automatic publication. Completed analyses are not listed on the website by default. Publication, where appropriate, is a separate governed decision rather than the normal destination for every assessment.
